Delivery of phones

If you are in the United States , our agent in New York can send you the cell phone and the accessories through FEDEX.
If you are already in Argentina or Brazil , we can send people from our staff with the cell phone to give you the first instructions to use it.

The return of the cell phone
The return of the cell phone can be done personally in our offices or by traditional mail. Our phones have a pre-assigned FEDEX / DHL address, so you only have to drop the phone in a mail box.

E-mail + Laptop + Fax
The E-mails sent by your contacts are received in your cell phone as voice messages and are deposited in your mail box, like any other message that you receive when your phone is turned off.
This means that you don't need your computer to receive E-mails and you can receive them while you walk in the street or while you drive in an empty road, without paying an international call.

We rent mainly Motorola V3, Nokia 6125, and Nokia 6131. We will give you advice on what we think is the best fit for your needs, but you can choose whichever you want.
Accessories for your rental phone
Usually we provide phones with two batteries (one in the phone and one extra), charger, phone case, and user manual.
If you need extra batteries or an interface to connect the phone to your laptop, these accessories are provided with no extra charge.
Cell phones or Satellite phones
You can rent either a cell phone or a satellite phone , according to your convenience. The cellular network covers most of Argentina and Brazil , but there are regions where a satellite phone can be more convenient.
